Management Team

Gallo began his career as a court reporter in 1989. With more than 10 years as a court reporter, Gallo has worked on many high-profile cases including the Atlanta Olympic Park bombing, the Jon Benet Ramsey case and the Buckhead Day Trader Shooting.
In 1999, Gallo founded Alexander Gallo & Associates, a deposition services firm based in Atlanta, Ga. The company was founded in Gallo’s Buckhead condominium with less than five employees and a focus on high quality, superior client service and technology.
Between 2004 to 2007, Alexander Gallo & Associates subsequently acquired Accurate Reporting Service, SetDepo, Jack Daniel Court Reporting & Video Services, Tankoos Reporting, AR-TI, Paulson Reporting and Litigation Services, Brown Reporting, The Legal Support Group, Legal Reprographics, Eggebraaten, O’Malley & DeGagne and Acclaim Legal Service, further expanding its deposition and litigation management services, while serving most of the nation’s largest and most respected law firms and corporations.
Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC (AGH) was eventually created as a parent company for all Gallo’s firms. With the acquisition of The Hobart West Group LLC in 2008, AGH has more than 12 companies and 50 locations.
Gallo is an avid supporter of Room to Read, a charitable program started by former Microsoft executive John Wood that partners with local communities throughout the developing world to establish schools, libraries, and other educational infrastructure. Under Gallo’s leadership, Alexander Gallo Holdings is building two schools for Room to Read and has pledged to translate two books into local languages and provide 60 one-year scholarships to girls around the world.
Gallo attended court reporting school in New Jersey and Georgia, and received his court reporting certification in Georgia.

Sims has more than 15 years of financial management experience in the United States and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC, Sims was a partner at Weiser LLP/Mazars LLP, where he worked with a number of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Sims focused on counseling companies during mergers and acquisitions and during capital-raising exercises, and was also responsible for working with companies on multinational audits.
Sims holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Buckingham in England. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is active in several professional organizations including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ACA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Censullo combines a 20-year background in technology with a 10-year record of success leading strategic business and operational initiatives. She has a specific expertise in mergers and acquisitions and experience with systems implementation, strategic planning and implementation, product development, business integration and project management.
Prior to joining Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC, Censullo was a senior vice president at Merrill Corporation, where she oversaw the company’s integration with WordWave, a global court reporting, litigation support and transcription company. Censullo managed the transition without any increase in employee turnover due to a comprehensive and effective communication strategy for all 1,200 employees in 34 offices. Prior to Merrill Corporation, Censullo was a senior vice president and chief technology officer for WordWave, and was on the executive team that facilitated the sale of WordWave to Merrill Corporation in January 2006. At WordWave, Censullo was responsible for technology, partnerships, due diligence for potential acquisitions and acquisition integration.
Censullo holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass.

Domenick C. DiCicco serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Esquire Solutions. With more than 20 years of corporate litigation experience, DiCicco’s leadership spans litigation and business performance management, including enterprise best practices, indemnity reduction and cost reduction.
Prior to joining Esquire Solutions, DiCicco served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Offi cer of NAC for Zurich Insurance Group,
where he oversaw litigation and corporate management. Previously, DiCicco was a partner with Edelstein, Martin, Nelson, & DiCicco Law Firm in Philadelphia from 2002-2004. During his tenure as a trial attorney, Mr. DiCicco was recognized for obtaining several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements by being invited to be a member in the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. For CNA Insurance Companies, he served as Counsel for Large Accounts and National Subrogation Counsel. DiCicco began his career with Post & Schell in Philadelphia.
DiCicco holds a Master of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School. He is Co-Chair of CLM’s Advisory Board and Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Excess and Surplus Lines. Most recently, DiCicco was elected to the New Jersey State Assembly, representing the 4th District, which covers parts of Gloucester and Camden counties.

DiCicco personifies Esquire’s commitment to community, coaching baseball, ice hockey and boys and girls basketball programs. He also represents District 4 in the New Jersey Assembly.

Blair is charged with growing AGH market share by launching new corporate products and services and by leading the development of all communications. Her team directs the development of marketing and sales support across all company business units including collateral and advertising development, trade shows, promotions, product development and merchandising.
Blair was recruited to Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC from The Hobart West Group where she developed and executed integrated marketing and advertising programs for all Hobart West Group subsidiaries. Previously, Blair served as the director of the Brand Building Division of internet consulting powerhouse marchFIRST, where she led integrated branding projects for UPS, Coca-Cola, Paymentech and Huntington Bank.
During her tenure at McCann Erickson advertising, Blair grew the $18 million AFLAC account to $30 million in less than three years, and was selected by the Atlanta’s managing partner to represent North America at an international leadership conference at Princeton University. She has held leadership positions at advertising agencies including Fitzgerald + Co and Copeland+Hirthler, managing accounts such as Coca-Cola, Equifax and Jerzees.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in public relations from Auburn University.

Davis has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience, 17 of which are specific to the litigation support industry. Davis’s ability to identify selling opportunities, coupled with his unique ability to develop and grow sales talent, integrate company product lines and assemble successful sales teams, has led him to be regarded as a leader in his field.
Prior to his current position, Davis was a founding partner at Legal Reprographics Inc. LLC, where he also served as vice president. Davis’s leadership in sales and operations was instrumental in propelling Legal Reprographic Inc. LLC to become a national leader in the litigation support industry.
Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. He presently serves as a consultant for the nonprofit organization, Elder Help of San Diego, for which he has also served on the board of directors for more than five years.

Craig has over 17 years experience in the litigation support industry. His specific expertise centers on operations and efficiency, with a heavy emphasis on workflow automation through technology. He has developed a strong reputation in the industry as a pioneer in operations, keeping his company at the forefront of operational efficiency by integrating off the shelf products with custom solutions geared toward increasing productivity and quality.
Prior to being named president of LRI LLC, Craig was vice president of Legal Reprographics LLC’s San Diego office. In this capacity he was responsible for operations, including computer forensics, electronic discovery, paper discovery, data services, online hosting and case management. He was also the driving force behind the company’s expansion into new product lines beyond photocopying. Craig joined Legal Reprographics LLC in 1992 as an account manager.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.

Michael S. Saltman currently serves as the president of Esquire Corporate Solutions, a position he has held since February 2008. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing its day-to-day operations and directing strategic business development for institutional accounts.
Saltman has more than 18 years of industry experience, with specific expertise in litigation management, deposition services, law department and claims operations and business development.
Prior to his current position, Saltman served as the business development manager at Deloitte & Touche, formerly Barraso Consulting, where he was responsible for managing and developing key client relationships with Fortune 500 companies. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as the General Manager of the corporate services division of Esquire Deposition Services, a subsidiary of The Hobart West Group. In this role, he grew revenue by an average of 48 percent each year . Saltman has also served as the national director of strategic accounts for CT TyMetrix, Inc. and the Vice President of AmeriNet, which was acquired by Veritext.
Saltman holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pa.

Hahn began his trial services career in Denver, assisting with animations and video editing for the prosecution and conviction of Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh. He has supported a variety of high-profile cases ranging from securities class actions to personal injury/medical malpractice to capital murder trials, including prosecution of the Washington D.C. sniper.
Prior to founding Verdict Systems, Hahn served as producer at Z-Axis, which handles animation and video processing for legal trials. Prior to entering the world of high-tech trials, he was a broadcaster for radio stations in Phoenix and Denver, where he covered professional and collegiate sports.
Hahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Baylor University and a degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University.

Knowles has an extensive background in human resources with expertise in aligning human resources business practices with financial sales and operational strategies. She has worked within diverse industries and specializes in the development of recruiting, training, benefits and retention programs.
Prior to joining Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC, Knowles served as the region vice president of human resources at Staples, the parent company of Corporate Express. In this role she created and managed a retention project that reduced attrition and implemented a “focus on learning” culture. From 1999 to 2005, Knowles was director of human resources at NASCO LLC, where she drove all human resources management activities related to recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation administration, compliance and performance consulting. She has also served as the human resources manager for Radiant Systems Inc. and as a career placement specialist at Kennesaw State University.
Knowles earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Dayton in Ohio. She holds a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management and a certified project manager (CPM) certification from the Project Management Leadership Group.

LaQuintano has over 16 years of industry experience with specific expertise in administrative and legal staffing as well as extensive background with the sales process and management of large on-sites. LaQuintano has extensive experience in managing relationships in the Fortune 500 marketplace as well as mid-size to smaller organizations. Prior to her current position LaQuintano has worked at national staffing firms such as Remedy Intelligent Staffing and Talent Tree. LaQuintano’s experience, of all facets of the staffing business, has molded her business mindset to a partnership philosophy of developing mutual respect and trusted relationships which she feels are the corner stone of solid business partnerships.
LaQuintano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rowan University located in Glassboro, NJ.
